Ministries
LeadershipTime is getting short and the church needs to fortify its leaders. There is no place for strife and confusion with today’s spiritual warfare. According to the Word of God, the vision for the church is communicated to the man of God, your Pastor, and passed down to his flock. The vision is to be clear and talked about often enough that it becomes a part of your churches everyday vocabulary. Studies have proven that the majority of faithful church attenders have no idea what the mission, vision, or core values of their church are. Don’t allow your church to become part of this statistic. This office is for our NGO (non-governmental organization), Covenant of Peace. Covenant of Peace NGO is the part of the ministry that provides humanitarian aid to the people. By having this registration, it enables us to get containers of food, clothing and other items into the country without paying duty (known to us as taxes). Under the guidance of Bishop Hailies Shatika and the help of the partners of Lightnings of God Ministries Int’l, we have established two water supply sources that provide clean fresh water for the community of Kakamega. We have also been involved in a cattle project and also help feed street children. Covenant of Peace Church KenyaJune 6, 2004 will forever be remembered as the beginning of the strongest church in Kisumu, Kenya. There were sixty three people in attendance on the very first Sunday. Today, the church ministers to over three hundred people. Reverend Harbaum has also been involved in planting 4 other churches in the country. It has always been in his heart to provide places of worship where the Word of God is ministered in power, accuracy, and revelation. As technology progresses so do our efforts to reach out to our churches in Kenya. In September of 2011 we began streaming our AM Worship services at Full Gospel Temple so our church family in Kenya can hear directly from their Spiritual father during their evening services. Pastor George and Mary Gache give leadership to our Kisumu church as well as other projects that pertain to Covenant of Peace Kenya. Covenant Global EvangelismSeveral years ago the Lord laid a burden on Pastor Harbaum’s heart and gave him a vision for helping missionaries fulfill their ministry on the field. Missionaries face many things that can distract them from the work of the ministry of which God has called them. Full Gospel Temple and Lightnings of God Ministries have teamed up to form Covenant Global Evangelism. The ministry team of Covenant Global Evangelism offers a way to eliminate some of the burden of the administrative work so missionaries will have more time for ministry work - that is the goal and purpose of Covenant Global Evangelism. We will:
Full Gospel TempleLocated one mile south of Interstate 70 on U.S. Route 127 in Preble County Ohio, Full Gospel Temple exists to build solid foundations for strong families by teaching then who they are in Christ; how to live a life in the Spirit; and how to fulfill their destiny in Him. We exist to prepare people to live victoriously in these last days. We will develop individuals to be examples of the love and power of God; to evangelize the lost; bring hope to the hopeless; healing the hurting.
Covenant Christian AcademyCovenant Christian Academy is an education outreach ministry of Full Gospel Temple in Eaton, Ohio. Beginning the 2011-12 school year, we began offering Kindergarten to 6th grades with plans to expand a grade level every year. The school year began August 24, 2011 and has been a pleasant success. We look forward to preparing this generation with the tools to be a spiritual and intellectual warrior. One advantage of a private school over a public school is that our children are getting more personalized attention because class sizes are 25% smaller allowing more face-to-face time with the teacher. Our curriculum exceeds the State of Ohio minimum and our children will outperform public school students. |
